Spec’s Required for Artwork Going To Print

The preferred file format is a High Resolution PDF. Our press is a true 2400 x 2400dpi engine, so the higher resolution your file, the better. 3mm bleed ”all the way around” will be required if you want colour to the edge. An example of “all the way around” is this: an A4 with 3mm bleed would 303mm x 216mm, then trimmed to 297mm x 210mm.

Business Cards

A standard business card is 90mm x 55mm.

If you require a business card with edge to edge colour, you will need to make the first layer or background image 3mm bigger than the 90 x 55 card. Physical dimensions would be 96mm x 61mm.

Rack Cards

A standard rack card is 210mm x 99mm

If you require a rack card with edge to edge colour you will need to make the first layer or background image 3mm bigger than the 99 x 210 card so the physical dimensions would be 216mm x 105mm.

A6 Flyers & Brochures

A standard A6 flyer is 148mm x 105mm

If you are requiring a rack card with edge to edge colour you will need to make the first layer or background image 3mm bigger than the 148 x 105 card so the physical dimensions would be 154mm x 111mm.

A5 Flyers & Brochures

A standard A5 flyer is 216mm x 154mm

If you are requiring a A5 flyer with edge to edge colour you will need to make the first layer or background image 3mm bigger than the 148 x 210 sheet so the physical dimensions would 216mm x 154mm.

A4 Flyers & Brochures

A standard A4 flyer is 297mm x 210mm

If you are requiring a A4 flyer with edge to edge colour you will need to make the first layer or background image 3mm bigger than the 297 x 210 sheet so the physical dimensions would be 303mm x 216mm.
